The customer provides us with a clear working area and a flat and level base
The floor panels are laid onto aluminium bearers to ensure airflow under the room. Final levels are checked
The back corner panels are positioned and locked together
The back and sides are completed
Front wall panels are locked into place which will also form the opening for the door frame

 

 

The insulated roof is slotted into place
Onto a timber support frame a PVC coated steel roof is fitted, sloping towards the rear
An opening window is fitted in the side wall
Finally an opaque and safety glazed door and frame is fitted. Downlighters will be inserted in the overhanging section
A 500mm overhang gives space for the addition of downlights whilst adding some weather protection
